For a leading European investment bank, we are looking to recruit Senior Project Managers with a proven track record in Trade Life Cycle and a comprehensive overview of Capital Markets.
Responsibilities:
-Management of transversal projects (multifunctions and multibusiness lines) from end to end.
-Scope and targets (non-exhaustive): International (Europe, America, Asia) Strategic transformation plan Regulatory implementation from a business perspective PNL Chain Risk Management Clearing (client facing, smart sourcing...)
Skills & Requirements:
-A minimum of 5 years' experience dealing with Capital Markets as Project Manager
-Front to back-office business processes knowledge, with an emphasis on trade cycle
-Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities and commodities business, markets, products
-Project Management (eg: Prince II)
-Knowledge of a project plan tool
-Strong analysis and investigation capabilities
-Very good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and presentation skills
-Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills
-Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy
-Pro-active in general, taking own initiatives to prevent risks/issues
-Fluent in English
