Exotic Rates Quantitative Analyst - London
Circa £65,000 – £80,000 plus bonus and benefits
My client is a Top Asian Investment Bank, with a great reputation for its phenomenal profits and strength in Quantitative Analytics is seeking a Front Office Quant to join their rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
-The structuring of high-end derivative solutions and products for corporate and institutional clients, as well as pricing and modeling of relevant exotic transactions. -The enhancement of bank's capability in pricing and risk management of exotic derivative products by developing systematic pricing instruments, with understanding of the logistics in the relevant internal systems. -To play a leading role in development of new derivative products and relevant systems, as well as analysis of the risks involved with the introduction of the products, especially Exotic Derivatives -To assist traders and marketers by giving technical support on the systems for the new products, and analysis of risks involved in the products. -To assist the Head of the team with the formulation and implementation of plans regarding new tasks delegated to Derivative Products Division. Examples include plans and analysis of new products, business, or systems regarding the business of the group. Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
-Must have exceptional C++ development skills in a numerical (scientific) programming setting. -Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. -Good communication. -PhD preferably advanced, in a technical field from a top-tier institution: Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science. -Up to 5 years industry experience.
