My client, a tier one European investment bank is seeking an experienced vanilla equity derivatives trader to join their Paris office. The role is aimed at a candidate with a mid level range of experience – enough to be able to operate autonomously and with the potential to soon become the number two on the desk. The position is open to both Single Stock and Index option candidates providing background is purely on the flow side.

Markets traded would be developed pan-European with the focus on pure Vanilla flow derivatives and would suit a candidate currently in a location other than Paris looking to relocate there.

Responsibilities for Trader, Equity Derivaties, Single Stock, Index Options, Vanilla, Paris.

-Trading vanilla equity derivatives on a flow basis on the pan-European markets.
-Trading profitably and autonomously.
-Increasing the PnL of the desk.
-Increasing the product and geographical coverage of the desk.

Skills/Attributes for Trader, Equity Derivaties, Single Stock, Index Options, Vanilla, Paris.

-Experience trading single stock / index options on the pan-European markets.
-Strong, solid flow trading experience.
-Potential to grow quickly and establish as a number 2 on the desk.
-Located in, or willing to relocate to, Paris.
