The Role
The Consultant will be member of a team of Professional Services people dedicated to implement Moody's Analytics Solutions across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Projet – Customer : Management Being the primary Contact of our Customers for implementation projects of MA software, being involved on every phase of the Delivery project
1- “Project SetUp” : Initiation of the project at the Customer (Review Business) -Participation in the induction of the project (Project Kick-off). -Scope Definition phases -Provide the first functional training around the software.
2- “Data-Mapping”: Integration of the Bank Data in Fermat Data Model (FDM). -Leading of Data integration Workshops according to the Bank SI. -Assistance on Gap Analysis. -Assistance with the definition and the installation of the interfaces. A “Software SetUp”: Parameter setting of the Fermat modules -Organization of Functional Workshops that wil match Client requirements with MA Software feature -Help the Client parametrizing the software B “Tests”: Assistance during the tests (Unit, Integration, UAT) -Preparation of the tests with respect to the Project perimeter. -Identify corrections to be implemented on Data Mapping or on the Parameter setting.
3- “Technical Infrastructure & Administration” : -Organization of technical training. -First technical installation of Fermat. -Help customer to define the technical architecture and during the installation.
5 Projet - Fermat : Management [Management of the project within Fermat] -Accountable for the follow-up of Customer Requests within MA Services and Product departments Managers. -Product Knowledge of the Fermat software and Risk Management 1 Knowledge of the Fermat modules. - Participate in the internal training. -Participate in the improvement MA Software and Documentation 2 Professional Services Activity -On time delivery orientation and high standards of Quality of deliverables required -Knowledge Management oriented for improving the quality of Services delivered -Team work, initiative and inspiring others
Qualifications/Experience
-Experience during 2-6Y. -Results oriented, ability to set clear goals and objectives, focusing on the achievement of targets, quality and deadlines. -Must have a good working knowledge of credit and risk management, the securities markets and fixed income portfolio management or ALM / Market Risk -Ability to sell on a needs/solutions approach and close deals effectively. -Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and you can confidently present/engage with clients and develop rapport over the telephone. -Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions. -Ability to work independently while also demonstrating excellent team-working skills. -Excellent time management/organisational skills. Able to multi task and adhere to short deadlines. -Must be prepared to travel regularly across EMEA region (average 66% of the time). -Previous experience related to training or learning and development would be desirable. -Must be educated to Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent). Further qualifications ie: MBA would be highly desirable.
