My client is a top tier US bank, looking to expand their already successful and lucrative fixed income desk in London.
The bank have an amazing reputation for their focus on technology, their forward thinking ideas and their open minded culture and it is a great role for a C++ developer looking to face a challenge and move into a firm that will give them incredible opportunity and prospects.
The bank have proposed huge plans for the team for the coming year and your role will involve a mixture of long term and ad hoc front office C++ development projects, working closely alongside quants, traders and various teams globally.
The ideal candidate will require the following skillset:
-C++,
-UNIX/LINUX,
-Commercial experience in a collaborative software development team,
-Strong mathematical skills,
-Advanced degree in computer science/physics/mathematics/financial engineering,
-Business knowledge is not essential but a background in FX or rates would be a help.
