Director, Head of EMEA Algorithmic Trading (Algorithmic Trading, Agency, Implementation Shortfall, VWAP, C++, Java, SQL, KDB)-London-Circa £120,000 + Significant Bonus Package
Tier 1 Investment bank known for their innovative approach and significant global reach are seeking an ambitious individual to step up to a Director role to head their industry leading Algorithmic Trading team.
Required skills:
-Efficient in algorithmic/numerical programming in C++ or Java,
-Expertise in time series data analysis,
-Familiarity with SQL or KDB,
-Market microstructure modelling, portfolio risk, option pricing.
Responisibilies:
-Overseeing the development of trading signals, tactics and strategies to be incorporated into the firm's algorithmic execution strategies.
-Development of new strategies, etc, in coordination with the global team.
-Performance monitoring and attribution.
The Person:
-Detail Orientated.
-Strong organization, team leadership and communication skills.
-Multi-tasking, lateral thinking and ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
Primarily, a strong multi-tasker who is efficient in Algorithmic/Numberical Programming in either C++ or Java is most important to the client. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to step up to Directorship and interact with the Execution Consulting team, Electronic Sales and Salestrading teams.
