This hugely successful top-tiered investment bank is expanding massively, looking to take on a junior covering three main asset classes, FX, EQ and their newest trading Commodity desk (oil and precious metals).
The candidate will be working exclusively with some of the most highly respected traders and Quants in the industry, and will assist in the launch of their Commodity desk which has been predicted to expand rapidly.
The junior will be offered an incredible training program, which will fast-track that individual to reaching managerial level in no time.

Responsibilities:
-Supporting the highly respected FX, EQ and newly constructed Commodity trading desk.
-Working predominantly with FX and EQ exotic products, and will also be assisting with starting and developing the Oil and Precious Metals desk, which is also expected to expand to other Commodity areas.
-Monitoring and developing the analytics library.
-Assessing risk scenarios, ensuring all possibilities have outcomes set in place to avoid any confliction.
-Conducting stress testing and scenario analysis.
-Developing and creating new models.

Skills, education and experience:
-Some previous experience working with either FX, EQ or Commodity products is a plus, but any industry experience involving asset exposure is also acceptable.
-PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or other related finance degree.
-Good knowledge in Stochastic Calculus, PDE modelling, binomial trees, etc.
-Extensive programming skills i.e. C++, VBA etc
