My client one of the best investment bank is looking for a talented Director level Debt capital markets originator to join its office in Hong Kong.
The role will be heading up a team of 5 people.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the origination, structuring and distribution of both public and private market High Yield and turnaround / transition financings,
-Shadowing the book runner to maintain client contact and develop execution knowledge,
-Full understanding of the structural differences and implications of senior and mezzanine solution
-Formulates and communicates advice on potential leveraged finance structures,
-Meeting clients in North Asia–Hong Kong/Singapore
Skills Required:
-Must have a list of completed transactions,
-Must have experience running a team,
-Must have European high yield experience.
-This role will only suit senior debt/fixed income originators/structurers,
-Ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Asian debt market or at least be willing to work in Asia.
